Mar 30, 2017 · RPE is used by a few guys, mostly 10-20-life. I'm familiar with it but it's bullshit unless you have an experienced eye on you to help or you're already experienced. A newer guy can't really judge exertion that well because there are so many other factors that contribute to how a set goes.
